Largo is a Canadian-based resource company that is focused on acquiring, exploring and developing advanced stage strategic metals deposits.

Largo's strategy is to obtain high-quality, yet undervalued strategic mineral assets and to bring them into production at the lowest possible cost. 

Presently Largo is presently positioning itself to be a leading player in both the production of vanadium and tungsten. Its portfolio of world class assets include:

  • the Maracás Vanadium Project in Brazil:
    • Highest grade vanadium project in the world
  • the Currais Novos Tungsten Tailing Project in Brazil: 
    • Near-term, low-cost production of tungsten concentrate (production July 2011) 
  • the Campo Alegre de Lourdes Iron-Vanadium Project in Brazil:
    • Large, undeveloped high grade vanadium, iron and titanium deposit
  • the Northern Dancer Tungsten-Molybdenum property in the Yukon Territory, Canada
    • Largest undeveloped tungsten deposit in the world

The immediate goals of the Company are:

  • to further explore and  develop the Maracás Vanadium Project and to bring into production by Q1 2013
  • to begin production of WO3 concentrate from the reprocessing of tungsten tailings from Currais Novos by July, 2011. 
  • to complete a feasibility study on its Northern Dancer Tungsten-Molybdenum Project by Q4 2011
  • To continue metallurgical testing on its Campo Alegre de Lourdes Iron, Titanium and Vanadium Project and to begin a comprehensive exploration program on the property
